Abstract

The master's thesis explores the development of an automated queue management system for a medical facility. During the investigation of the automation object, fundamental aspects of the electronic queue systems' operation were studied, and the interaction of the electronic queue management module with other modules in the automated system for managing medical facilities was examined. A comparative analysis of existing queue management systems in medical facilities was conducted. The technical and software components of the system were developed, including UML diagrams and functional capabilities for users in the roles of User and Administrator.
