Розробка автоматизованої системи управління електронною чергою медичного закладу

Abstract

У магістерській роботі розглянуто розробку автоматизованої системи управління електронною чергою медичного закладу. В ході дослідження об'єкта автоматизації вивчені основні аспекти функціонування систем електронної черги, досліджено взаємодію модуля управління електронною чергою з іншими модулями в автоматизованій системі управління медичними закладами. Проведено порівняльний аналіз існуючих систем управління чергою в медичних закладах. Розроблено технічні та програмні засоби системи, включаючи UML-діаграми та функціональні можливості для користувачів у ролях User та Administrator. Результати тестування свідчать про правильність роботи системи та зручність її використання.The master's thesis explores the development of an automated queue management system for a medical facility. During the investigation of the automation object, fundamental aspects of the electronic queue systems' operation were studied, and the interaction of the electronic queue management module with other modules in the automated system for managing medical facilities was examined. A comparative analysis of existing queue management systems in medical facilities was conducted. The technical and software components of the system were developed, including UML diagrams and functional capabilities for users in the roles of User and Administrator. The testing results affirm the correctness of the system's functioning and its user-friendly nature
