Abstract

Master's qualification work is devoted to the issue of improving the efficiency of production management of the enterprise on the example of PJSC "Vinnytsia Research Plant". The approaches of scientists to understanding the essence and content of the concept of efficiency, efficiency of production activity of the enterprise in particular are considered in the work. The theoretical bases of effective management of production activity of the enterprise are investigated. An approach is developed to evaluate the efficiency of production activity of an enterprise in the present conditions. The state and tendencies of development of domestic mechanical engineering are investigated. The main indicators of the financial and economic condition of PJSC “Vinnytsia Research Plant” are characterized, the analysis of production activity and management system of the enterprise is carried out. The enterprise development strategy has been developed and the main directions for improving the efficiency of production activity management at the enterprise have been proposed.
