Abstract

Specificity and range of new educational tasks require the formation of new educational infrastructure fundamentally different from traditional system. Several distinctive characteristics of new educational infrastructure are emphasized in the work. Computer programs for teaching chemistry are analyzed in the paper. The advantage of the usage of new informational technologies in teaching chemistry is showed.
