Abstract

The report is dedicated to the development of innovative solutions in the field of heat supply for residential buildings, combining increased energy efficiency and the creation of comfortable recreational zones on rooftops in dense urban environments. The paper substantiates the concept of an energy-efficient heating system for a multi-story building with an integrated recreational zone on the roof, which optimizes thermal energy consumption. A conceptual model is proposed that includes the use of renewable energy sources (solar collectors, heat pumps), the arrangement of a "green roof" with a recreational zone to improve thermal insulation, the implementation of heat recovery systems, and automated heat supply management. Such an integrated approach provides a synergistic effect: reducing heating costs, decreasing the environmental load, and creating comfortable conditions for residents. The implementation of the proposed system allows for a significant increase in the energy efficiency of buildings, an improvement in the quality of life, and an increase in property attractiveness.
