Анотація
Water drones are a new tool for monitoring the state of rivers and aquatic ecosystems. They can be equipped with various sensors, which allows collecting data on water bodies, such as water temperature, water pollution level, fish numbers, and other important parameters.
This work reviews and describes the use of water drones to monitor the state of rivers. Particular attention is paid to
the types of water drones, their structure, and the sensors they are equipped with. The advantages of using water drones
over other methods of river monitoring are also considered.
