Abstract

У статті досліджено теоретичні та практичні аспекти формування стратегії розвитку підприємства на основі бізнес-планування. Визначено роль бізнес-плану як інструменту стратегічного управління, що забезпечує обґрунтування цілей розвитку та шляхів їх досягнення.The article examines theoretical and practical aspects of forming an enterprise development strategy based on business planning. The role of a business plan as a strategic management tool is determined, which ensures the justification of development goals and ways to achieve them. The main stages of forming an enterprise development strategy are analyzed, including strategic analysis, goal setting, business plan development, and implementation of strategic measures. Examples of effective use of business planning by leading enterprises are presented. It is substantiated that the integration of strategic management and business planning is a key factor in increasing enterprise competitiveness.
