Abstract

In the master's qualification work the theoretical and methodical principles of formation of effective system of management of financial activity of the enterprise, which will promote increase of competitiveness of the enterprise, is substantiated. Master's qualification work consists of three sections. In the first chapter, theoretical and methodical aspects of the management of the financial performance of enterprises in the confectionery industry are investigated. In the second section the state of the management of the financial performance of the confectionery industry, for example, PJSC AVK were analyzed. In the third section, proposals and recommendations for improving the efficiency of financial activity of PJSC "AVK" have been formed.
