Abstract

In the thesis the main types of damage to the structural elements of insulation of RM were introduced, as well as the existing isolation control methods were analyzed, the diagnostic model for determination of the working capacity of the RM was considered, new methods for controlling the isolation capacity of the RM were analyzed, the following methods were considered: continuous control of isolation and voltage of the network phases relative to the earth; the method of periodic control of the parameters of the phase isolation of the RM relative to the earth. Also, the methodology for calculating the economic efficiency of using the diagnostic complex for controlling the network's working capacity relative to the ground was considered.
