Abstract

The article presents a historical overview of the formation mentoring, researches in this area are analysed. The authors have substantiated the role of mentoring as a system for management of corporate knowledge and skills in the process of adaptation, communication, education and training, on this basis, a model of the phased implementation of a mentoring program in the company has been theoretically developed and proposed.
