Abstract

Master's qualification work on the topic: "Personnel management of the organization in the market of banking services (on the example of JSC "UKRSIBBANK")". Various theoretical approaches to the interpretation of the essence of the concept of "personnel management efficiency" are considered and systematized. Measures to provide it to the organization have been identified. External and internal factors of influence on the efficiency of personnel management in the banking services market are investigated. The example of JSC "UKRSIBBANK" shows the use of basic financial analysis tools and the development of an effective personnel management system for an organization. The paper presents recommendations for increasing the level of financial stability of JSC "UKRSIBBANK".
