Abstract

In the master's qualification thesis the electric part of the condensing power plant (СРР) with the capacity of 1200 MW is designed. The feasibility study for the design of the СРР performed. In the electrical part, the calculation of the schedules of electrical loads, the main and auxiliary equipment was selected, the structural scheme of the station, the scheme of open distribution installations of high voltage and the scheme of their own needs was chose. Made a choice of switching equipment, current-carrying parts, measuring transformers, surge suppressors, battery storage, and has been calculated of lightning protection and grounding device of open distribution device (ODD) 330 kV. The issue of relay protection of high-voltage transmission lines is investigated. In the section of labor protection the analysis of dangerous and harmful production factors at the power plant has been carried out and the measures of safety of life of personnel in emergency situations have been proposed.
