Abstract

Master's qualification work is devoted to the development of an automated system of service center. The software product is intended for the account of the equipment, which was received for repair, to speed up the queue for repair, as well as to prevent confusion in devices. In the course of the conducted analysis of the current state in the direction of development of service center services, identified the advantages of software product to analogues and economic feasibility of development. The development of the algorithms of the work of the modules of the system, the structure of the program was designed. Software modules have been developed and the product has been tested for reliability and correctness of work. To develop the product, we used the Embarcadero RAD Studio programming language, Delphi programming language. The MySQL database, as well as UniDac connection packages, were used to develop the database.
