Abstract

The proposed optically-controlled active-inductive element contains two bipolar transistors, a resistor, and additionally, an optical radiation source with three light-emitting diodes, two adjusting potentiometers, two current-limiting resistors, a control voltage source, a resistive voltage divider, and a capacitive filter. The resistor is inserted between the base of the first transistor and the common point of the circuit of the proposed element. The collector of the first transistor is connected to the common point of the circuit of the proposed element, and the emitter is connected to the base of the second transistor. The collector of the second transistor is connected to the common point of the circuit of the proposed element, and the emitter is connected to the output of the proposed element.
