Abstract

The article examines current issues of ensuring enterprise performance under conditions of an unstable economic environment. The main factors influencing business performance are identified, including digitalization of business processes, increasing competition, inflationary processes, and changes in consumer demand. Directions for improving enterprise performance are proposed, including management system improvement, cost optimization, implementation of innovative technologies, and digital solutions. The importance of an integrated approach to resource management to ensure sustainable development and enhance enterprise competitiveness is substantiated.
