Abstract

A hydraulic pulse shock-vibrating device for radial and axial vibrating turning with an integrated single-pulse pressure generator of valve type in the form of a hydraulic cylinder, in which supply in the cavity for supply of energy source a slotted spring-piston is located, in which a ball is placed, which is a closing element of the single-stage pressure pulse generator of valve type with a parametric principle of generating pressure pulses, which by one hemisphere is based on an inner bore of the piston-slotted spring, and by other hemisphere is based on an end of cylindrical pusher which through a wound spring and the support pusher contacts with a ball that is folded in an adjusting screw locked by a lock nut, which is placed in a sleeve, which is secured in the housing bore, which through a slotted spring which contacts through the plunger with the inner bore of the piston-slotted spring, which rests by opposite end through a package of disk springs on the bottom of inner bore of the housing in which in turn a through hole of rectangular section is made, with a drain hole a, in which a tool holder is located.
