Abstract

A hydro-pulse device for vibrational bearingizing with an integrated pressure pulse generator comprises a housing, on whose axle an adjusting piston is mounted, whose conical surfaces are rest on ends of tool rods at opposite ends of which deformation members are immovably mounted which are made in the form of spherical work surfaces. A hydraulic pump through a hydroline connected to the housing, wherein the pressure pulse generator is installed, consisting of an adjusting screw coupled to the housing and a spool on which a packet of conical spring washers of the pulse generator connected to a hydraulic tank through the hydroline. The housing also contains a cup, on whose axle under the adjusting piston the packet of conical spring washers is installed, an adjusting nut and lock nut, connected to the housing, and the ends of the tool rods are inclined from one side.
