Abstract

In the master's qualification work on the topic "Determination of bearing capacity of drill piles based on static sounding data" an engineering method of calculating the bearing capacity of drill piles based on the results of field tests by static probing was developed and a comparison of the results with actual data of tests in field conditions of ready-made piles was performed. The factors of influence on the value of the bearing capacity of the drill piles were identified, and a table was prepared for determining the coefficients of the working conditions of the drill pile of large diameter on the lateral surface and under the lower end depending on the depth of the deposit separately for different types of soils. The developed technique allows to establish a more reliable calculation value of the bearing capacity of the drill piles depending on the results of static sounding. This allows to reduce the number of pilot piles that are subject to a static test on the construction site. The use of the obtained dependencies during calculations will allow to provide during the design saving of materials of piles up to 40%. In the technical part of the work design documentation for the 10-storey residential building in Zhytomyr city has been developed. The house is frameless with brick walls, prefabricated concrete slabs, flat roofs of rolled materials. The questions of architectural and planning decisions are considered, the design of the foundations in two variants has been completed, the project of the organization of construction and the section of labor protection has been developed.
