In modern warfare, characterized by high-intensity combat, rapidly changing operational environments, and the use of high-tech weaponry, an effective system of technical maintenance and repair for rear area equipment is critically important for sustaining military readiness . This thesis analyzes the current challenges and shortcomings of the existing system and proposes a set of measures for its improvement, taking into account recent combat experiences. Key directions for modernization include optimizing organizational structures, implementing modern technologies, enhancing logistics, and improving personnel training. The proposed solutions aim to significantly increase the efficiency and quality of repair work, reduce equipment downtime, and enhance the overall combat effectiveness of military units.
