Дослідження і розробка лазерної системи коагуляції тканин ока

Abstract

В магістерській кваліфікаційній роботі запропоновано лазерну систему коагуляції тканин ока на основі неодимового лазера із системою візуалізації (щілинна лампа) з світлодіодним фотостимулятором, що розширює функціональні можливості системи. Проаналізовано існуючі методи і прилади для лазерної коагуляції, розглянуто методику та принцип дії фотостимуляції, побудовано теплову модель взаємодії лазерного випромінювання з тканинами ока. На основі отриманих даних було створено конструкцію приладу і розраховано основні параметри для оптичної системи та фотостимулятора.In the master's qualification work, a laser system for the coagulation of eye tissues based on a neodymium laser with a visualization system (slit lamp) with an LED photostimulator is proposed, which extends the functionality of the system. The existing methods and instruments for laser coagulation are analyzed, the method and the principle of action of photostimulation are considered, the thermal model of interaction of laser radiation with eye tissues is constructed. On the basis of the received data, the design of the device was created and the basic parameters of the optical system and the photostimulator were calculated.
