Abstract

Dissertation is devoted research of questions on perfection of existing and by development of new methods and controls reliability of wares of electronic technique after the level of low-frequency noise, and also increase of fast-acting and control authenticity. The comparative analysis of the known methods and facilities of undestructive control of reliability of wares of electronic technique is presented in work, found out their advantages and failings, grounded expedience of the use of methods of control of reliability after the level of low-frequency noise. On the basis of the conducted researches of proposed of noise models the method of direct, relative and spectral control of wares of electronic technique was improved after the level of low-frequency noise, and also facilities for their realization. Equalization of transformation of squad value of noise tension, static descriptions, is got, the estimate of errors is conducted and equalization of control is got. The experimental standard of control reliability is created and research of selection of wares of electronic technique is conducted.
