Abstract

The article describes the features of managing the competitiveness of an enterprise under conditions of uncertainty. The need to reorient traditional approaches to management to adaptive models is substantiated. The importance of integrating economic, social and environmental aspects of an enterprise's activities into its strategic management system is argued. The role of innovations, digitalization, human capital, ESG approaches in forming sustainable competitive advantages of an enterprise under modern conditions is determined. The principles of forming an effective system of managing the competitiveness of an enterprise under modern conditions are generalized.
