Abstract

We have studied experimentally the drying of coated welding electrodes for industrial chamberconvection ovens ДО-13.23.13/200. We also have studied how drying agent parameters, such astemperature and relative humidity, influence the rate of capillary-porous material drying. We havedetermined the effect of drying rate on the quality of the finished product. Drying curve and the kineticgraphic dependence of evaporation intensity have been obtained. We have developed procedure to obtainthe analytical dependence between the relative moisture content of capillary-porous raw material such aselectrodes coating and the rate of its drying.
