Abstract

In this work, modernization of the technological process of mechanical processing was performed to increase the hardness of the surface layer and reduce roughness due to the improvement of the process of finishing the parts by surface plastic deformation, namely: analysis of the design and machinability of the part, the method of manufacturing the workpiece was selected, the modernized route of machining of the part was designed on CNC machines with the development of maintenance operations the analysis of the design and machinability of the part, the method of manufacturing the workpiece was chosen, the modernized route of mechanical processing of the part on the CNC machine tools was designed with the development of the maintenance of the operations, the method of surface plastic deformation was chosen for the finishing operation, the dimensional analysis of the technological process was made and the technological dimensions, sizes of allowances and workpieces , the cutting modes are determined, the machining section is designed; the influence of the parameters of the process on the degree of strengthening of the surface is investigated; developed measures for occupational safety and emergency in emergency situations at the machining station. The graphic part is developed.
