Abstract

Microelectronic device for measurement of temperature has source of direct voltage, generator of electric oscillations on the basis of two thermo-sensitive bipolar transistors, four resistors and two tanks.

In the device due to inclusion of new blocks and connection between those transformation of temperature to frequency is achieved, this leads to increase of sensitivity and expansion of the range of temperature measurements.
