Abstract

In the Northwest Azov Sea, intensive economic activity has led to the complete transformation of steppe biocenoses, which are now represented only by impoverished remnants on the slopes of beams and ancient ravines. This created significant threats to zonal organisms, which manifested itself in reducing their numbers, the disappearance of some localities and even species. Especially significant changes occurred in the association of steppe plants and biologically related insects, which in the course of a long evolution formed certain consortia, sinuses and guilds. Their important part is the family of the scoop (Noctuidae), which is characterized by significant taxonomic diversity and capable of significant population fluctuations.
