Застосування штучного інтелекту для аналізу харчової поведінки в цифрових системах контролю калорій

Abstract

The paper investigates the application of intelligent methods and artificial intelligence algorithms for analyzing users' eating habits in modern digital systems. Particular attention is paid to automatic product recognition and assessment of their calorie content and composition using computer vision algorithms. The main approaches to data collection and processing are analyzed, traditional methods of nutrition control are compared with intelligent ones, and the possibilities of personalizing recommendations based on user behavior patterns are considered. It is shown that the use of AI increases the accuracy of analysis, makes systems more adaptive, and increases the effectiveness of food behavior control.
