Abstract

The thesis considers the problems of energy and resource VNTU, given her characteristics, ways to improve them. The mechanisms and the main directions of implementation of state energy conservation policy practiced in the EU and which should be adapted to national circumstances. Analyzed the negative consequences of the inefficient system of energy conservation in educational buildings and found that low temperature in classrooms is a factor influencing the increase of incidence of respiratory and infectious diseases. The analysis of the coolant flow rate, power, water installed a number of disadvantages. As a result, their elimination can significantly reduce costs. The object of study is the Vinnitsa national University. The subject of research is the analysis of the current situation in the sphere of energy and resource NTB. The aim of this study is the ecological study of energy saving NTB, and improvement of energy saving systems. The scope of environmental protection and ecological safety.
