Abstract

Method for control and diagnostics of digital circuits is in fact that to inputs of artificially separated fragments of circuits of object of diagnostics one feeds test effects with registration of output reply reactions with comparison of those to standard values. To inputs of artificially separated fragments of circuits of elements of same type before test effect one gives signals that set conditions of electric protection of elements of unit being checked. After that one measures values of signals at inputs of tested elements, after that by means of programmed switch unit one closes elements of separated group I parallel to each other and to inputs of parallel structure formed one applies test effects that correspond to specific type of elements.
