In this paper, reviewed a large amount of literature on the current state of development of optical fiber sensors which dominate among the other fiber optic devices. Due to its high sensitivity and possibility of the precision measurement. A special attention is paid to the sensors for invasive and minimally invasive study of biological tissues. Discussed of the advantages of using optical fibers is in biomedical sensors. And the skip of high security of laboratory networks, if looking from the side of criminal manipulation.
