Abstract

A biogas plant contains tank, covered with insulant, heat exchanger, feeding pipe, protective gas-distributing grating, fixed in upper part of the tank, and in its lower part orifice is made for removal of the spent substrate and coated with cover with sliding shutter, loading bin with sliding shutter, circulation pump, cocks, shutters. The plant additionally contains pipeline for substrate transfer and pipeline for the outlet of slurry, connected with each other. In lower part of the tank hydromechanical substrate stream whirler, pipeline for supply of heat energy and heat exchanger, connected with each other and with pipeline for substrate transfer.
