Abstract

The pulsed neural network optoelectronic compact implementation, proposed by authors, uses a semiconductor laser array. Neural element implementation, based on the thyristor, is also proposed. This neural element implementation is able to control whole row of the array. The principles of network’s work are described. The achievable parameters of the network are estimated taking into account modern technological possibilities.
