Abstract

The purpose of master's degree qualifying work is methods of determining the quality of services of the surveyed enterprises and the factors that determine it. Work consists of four parts : 1 – Research of approaches to the estimation of quality level of services of car service enterprises; 2 – Theoretical and methodological aspects of assessing the quality of service of car service enterprises; 3 – Assessment of the level of quality of service services for maintenance and repair of the car service company; 4 – A labour protection and safety is in extraordinary situations. A research object is car service companies of “Avtomyr-Vinnytsia” company. The primary objective of this qualifying work is increase of efficiency of functioning of the car service enterprise on the basis of the developed theoretical, methodological and practical provisions on complex assessment of the quality level of services of the Avtomyr-Vinnytsia group of companies. In this work theoretical approaches to assessing the level of quality of car maintenance and repair are analyzed; theoretical and methodological bases of complex estimation of quality level of services of car service enterprises have been developed; carried out a comprehensive assessment of the quality of services of Avtomyr-Vinnytsia car service companies; measures have been developed to ensure the necessary level of occupational health and safety in carrying out research.
