Abstract

In the master's qualification work the problems of personnel management of enterprises are considered, since employees are one of the main factors that determine the competitive potential and effectiveness of organizations' economic activity as well as theoretical and methodological principles, functions and methods of personnel management, comparatively modern and traditional approach to organization ща personnel management. The most actual aspects of personnel management at public joint stock company «Vinnytsa Confectionery Factory» are highlighted. The principles of the formation of the personnel management system of the factory were investigated and a number of shortcomings were identified, and recommendations for improving staff motivation have been developed to eliminate them..
