There is a start motion sensor, the second and third comparator unit, the fifth and sixth OR gates, the ninth, tenth, eleventh, twelfth and thirteenth AND gates, the second differentiating element, the second flip-flop, the pulse generator, a signal delay unit, the third pulse counter, an on/off time setting unit, the second digital comparator unit, the first and second indicators.
