Оцінка енергетичних витрат занурення твердого індентора в сталь підвищеної твердості

Abstract

У роботі пропонується феноменологічний критерій оцінки енергетичних витрат, пов`язаних із про-никненням твердого індентора в сталь підвищеної твердості. Розглянуто методику формування карти матеріалу сталі, за допомогою якої оцінюється енергія деформації, витраченої на проникнення твердо-го тіла. Отримано співвідношення, за якими розраховують масу індентора, час його руху в середовищі, що деформується, а також коефіцієнт опору середовища під час проходження індентором зміцнених матеріалів.The robot has a phenomenological criterion for evaluating energy vitrates due to penetration of a solid indenter into steel of increased hardness. The technique of molding the card to the material of steel is reviewed, for the help of which the energy of deformation, stained on the penetration of a solid body, is estimated. It is necessary to take away the stability, for which the mass of the indenter must be opened, the hour of the ruhu in the middle, which is deformed, and also the coefficient of the support of the middle when the materials are passed through the indenter, which are changed.
