Мовний етикет у кризових ситуаціях: лінгвістичні механізми зниження агресії

Abstract

У роботі здійснено аналіз мовного етикету в кризових ситуаціях як стратегічного інструменту деескалації міжособистісної агресії. Об’єктом вивчення обрано лінгвістичні механізми та комунікативні стратегії, що забезпечують конструктивну взаємодію в умовах підвищеної емоційної напруги. На основі праць Ф. Бацевича,The paper defines the functional potential of language etiquette as a means of conflict de-escalation in crisis situations. It analyzes specific linguistic formulas that contribute to reducing aggression and maintaining psychological contact. Based on the works of domestic and foreign scholars, the study examines how the use of polite expressions, “Imessages,” and mitigating phrases helps to support constructive dialogue and minimize tension. The paper concludes on the importance of developing language culture, a communicative code, and practical communication skills for effective management of crisis situations.
