Критерії легітимності публічної влади

Abstract

The research examines the institutional and organizational dimensions of legitimacy in public governance within the context of the Weberian tradition. It is noted that the legitimacy of individual political actors and organizations is impossible without the legitimacy of the conventional and legal order. Emphasis is placed on the importance of distinguishing between institutions and organizations, as well as recognizing the need for democratic rules to be acknowledged by the majority of citizens and implemented in everyday life and political activity. For post-Soviet societies, establishing the legitimacy of the democratic order is crucial, requiring both institutional and organizational political transformations.
