Abstract

In this thesis work the study of radiomeasuring temperature transducers with frequency output based transistor structure with negative resistance. Also, an analysis of the current state of temperature converters, which are based on different methods. In the theoretical section describes the thermal and optical properties of semiconductors, the influence of temperature on the reactive properties of semiconductor devices. Mathematical models and schematics temperature frequency converters based on bipolar transistors, and frequency converter temperature based on bipolar transistors with active inductive element. The calculation of the current-voltage characteristics of transducers obtained conversion function and sensitivity equation. Radiometric devices developed multi-temperature control for FPGA. The economic part was defined cost, economic impact and payback of the device. Also consider life safety.
