Abstract

The master qualification thesis entitled “Engineering of an energy-efficient heating system on the example of a public building” consists of an explanatory note, a graphic part and a presentation. The analytical review of modern energy efficient engineering systems of public buildings is performed in this work. The project steps leading to an increase in the energy efficiency of the building are defined. The cost analysis of energy carriers is realized. The regulatory requirements toward the energy efficiency of public buildings are analyzed. International criteria of energy efficiency of microclimate creation systems and standards for indoor air quality in buildings are examined. The results of the analytical investigation are implemented on the example of the heating systems project of a public building in Vinnitsa. The technical and economic comparison of various options of heating systems, on the basis of which the choice of systems accepted for design, was performed. The technical calculations (thermotechnical, hydraulic) were made and the selection of the main equipment of the heating system involving energy efficient equipment was executed. The organizational and technological support for the implementation of project proposals, the range and scope of works, the number of workers and a list of main and auxiliary equipment for installation are defined, the schedule chart of work execution is compiled. The technical regulations and tools for testing during commissioning of the system and recommendations for safety during installation work are depicted. The recommendations on labor protection connected with the installation and operation of such system are presented. The economic calculations of the project are carried out.
