Атомна генерація як базовий чинник енергетичної стійкості та промислового відновлення економіки

Abstract

The role of nuclear generation as a basic low-carbon resource for maintaining energy resilience and industrial economic development is substantiated. It is shown that a power system with a high share of renewable energy sources requires a sufficient amount of dispatchable generation capable of providing long-term base-load coverage. Using Germany as an example, the risks of premature nuclear phase-out without full replacement of its system functions are analyzed. For Ukraine, nuclear energy is considered a strategic basis for energy-intensive recovery, reduction of dependence on fossil fuels, and stabilization of price conditions for industry.
