Спосіб очищення головної фракції сирого бензолу коксохімічного виробництва від сірковуглецю

Abstract

Disclosed is a process for removal of carbon disulfide from major fraction of crude benzol of coke and by-product process, in which a reaction mixture is cooled to temperature of 0-5 °C, intensively mixed for 1.5-2.0 h at mole ratio of carbon disulfide: alkylaryl- (dialkylamine) 1.1:1.0, heated to temperature of 50-75 °C and hold for a 15-30 min more, then it is cooled to room temperature and an equivalent number of cations s-, p- and d-metals are added to the reaction mixture. The reaction mixture is intensively mixed to room temperature for 10-20 min. and alkylaryl- and dialkyldithiocarbamates of metals of general formula of [R1R2NC(=S)S]nMe are extracted therefrom, where R1 = R2 = CH3, C2H5, i-C5H11; R1 = H, R2=C6H5CH2, Me=Mg2+, Ca2+, Sr2+, Ba2+, Sn2+, Pb2+, Al3+, Cu2+, Zn2+, Co2+, Co3+, Ni2+, Fe2+, Fe3+, Cr3+, Cd2+, Hg2+, Mn2+, Ag+.
