Підвищення енергоефективності системи газопостачання за рахунок утилізації вторинних енергетичних ресурсів

Abstract

In this paper an analytical review of utilization of secondary energy resources in the gas supply system is carried out, namely: the classification of secondary energy resources has been carried out, sources and types of secondary energy resources have been determined in the gas supply system, various installations for the utilization of secondary energy resources have been considered, a feasibility study has been carried out energy complex on the basis of the expander-generator unit at the compressor station (capital costs – 3864 thousand UAH, cost of electric еnergy produced in UTDU – 0,71 UAH / kWh, NPV – 5885,9 thousand UAH, IRR – 53,43%, PI – 1,52, discounted payback period – 2 years and 8 months). In the theoretical substantiation of the choice of secondary energy resource utilization system, the method of calculating the potential of secondary energy resources of excess pressure is given. In the organizational and technological support of the implementation of project solutions, the technology of procurement and installation work of the secondary energy resource utilization system has been developed. As a result of the project development, a comprehensive scheme for the use of secondary energy resources at the compressor station has identified the required number of products and materials for the installation of the system, the need for supporting materials (the total mass is 9,357 tons), the composition and volume of works are determined, the method of execution of works (serial ), the necessary machines and mechanisms for the execution of installation work are selected, the complexity of the installation work is determined. The measures on energy saving and environmental protection, as well as on occupational safety and security in emergencies, which are used in the development of this paper, are described.
