Соціально-економічні причини тіньової економіки в Україні

Abstract

У статті розглянуто сутність, основні причини виникнення та тенденції розвитку тіньової економіки. Досліджено фактори, котрі впливають на обсяги тіньової економіки в Україні. Обґрунтовано, що тіньову економіку, як негативне економічне явище, необхідно обмежувати. Запропоновано методи боротьби з вітчизняною тіньовою економікою, як з суттєвою перешкодою на шляху формування та розвитку національної економіки.In the article has been examined the main causes of appearance and trends of development of Ukraine’s shadow economy, including the inadequacy of tax laws, excessive state regulation of markets of labor and products, incomplete legislation. Factors that influence the size of the shadow economy in Ukraine were investigated. Main of them are the efficiency of government regulation in all sectors of the economy, creation of an attractive investment climate for attracting foreign investments into the national economy, the elimination of existing corrupt structures at all levels. Also there has been proved that the shadow economy, as a negative economic phenomenon, is necessary to limit, and the fight against it should be conducted not only through administrative and punitive measures, but above all economic, ie those which take into account the experience of other countries, facilitate the political and legal amnesty certain shadow capital. Methods of reducing the shadow economy of Ukraine, as with significant obstacle of the formation and development of the national economy were suggested.
