Анотація
The work is devoted to the study of the drying process of bulk building materials in vibration circulation devices using remote automated control systems. The problems of excess moisture of raw materials are considered and the advantages of vibration circulation equipment for intensification of heat and mass transfer are substantiated. Particular attention is paid to the implementation of adaptive control algorithms in real time. The results confirm that the combination of vibration technologies with digital control allows to reduce the duration of the process by 30% and improve the quality of products.
