Abstract

Іmproved technological process of machining parts such as "Housing Pneumatic" using modern engineering technologies based on the use of CNC machines. In this set and solved the following problems: certain type and form of organization of work; the analysis of design and technological details; selected optimal method of producing billets; developed machining path; made of scientific work, which studied using dimensional analysis processes impact on the first circuit-based operations on the value of the minimum allowance; designed tool accessories; calculated elements machining station; set of innovative efficiency solutions; worked out issues of safety and security in emergency situations, designed the graphics of the work.
