Анотація
The paper is devoted to the analysis of tunneling resonant diodes, which are considered as promising elements in modern electronics. The study describes in detail the physical principles of operation of these devices, their structure and main characteristics. Particular emphasis is placed on the use of tunneling resonant diodes in high-frequency circuits, digital devices, as well as in the development of new types of sensors and measuring equipment. The advantages and disadvantages of tunnel resonant diodes in comparison with traditional semiconductor devices are analyzed.
