Abstract

An optoelectronic multi-dimensional module includes NxM digit cells being connected between a common bus and a power bus, each of which being optically connected with left, right, upper an lower digit cells, in which a light-emitting module is connected with an anode and the power bus. Output of the light-emitting module is display output of a digit cell. Moreover it is introduced optoelectronic transistor, thyristor, the first and the second resistors, emitter of optoelectronic transistor is connected with cathode of the first light-emitting module, collector is connected with thyristor anode and base is connected to upper terminal of the first resistor. Optic input of optoelectronic transistor is connected with optical inputs of a digit cell, thyrisor cathode is connected with anode of the second light-emitting module. A control electrode is connected to upper terminal of the second resistor, lower terminals of resistors is connected one with another and with clock input of the module.
