Abstract

The article is devoted to local budgets as an effective instrument of economic management and an important basis of financial security authority, the state and local authorities in the process of fulfilling the constitutional obligations. Considers the economic entity and the appointment of local budgets. Attention is given to income generation and uses of local budgets.
