Анотація
The connection between the Maslow's hierarchy of needs and the current motivational policy of the leading companies has been established. Having analyzed a large number of foreign sources of information, it has been defined that the purpose of motivation of the personnel is to create such conditions in which an employee can be profitable to the company, unleashes his creative potential and enjoys his work.
