Abstract

The article notes that the competition is the main link of all systems of a market economy, which expresses the essence of market relations. The competitive ability is called competitiveness. The definition of the concept of competitiveness is proposed. The necessity of the enterprises to assessment competitiveness is substantiated. The assessment of competitiveness is an important and integral part of the activity of any enterprise. The assessment of the competitiveness level of enterprise give gives him the opportunity to make managerial different decisions; to form the management tasks; to develop the measures, which aimed at the development and maintenance of competitive advantages. Systematization of methods for assessing the competitiveness of an enterprise consists in their division into certain groups on various grounds. The main methods for assessing the competitiveness of enterprises and their advantages, disadvantages, possibilities of application are considered. Today the mineral water market is quite attractive for investors, but the level of competition here is considerably high. The assessing of the competitiveness of PJSC «Morshinsky mineral water factory «Oscar»» for 2016-2017 years with using the method, which based on the theory of effective competition are calculated. The algorithm of calculating the coefficient of competitiveness, which consists of three consecutive stages, is presented. In the process of assessing the competitiveness of enterprise are calculated the efficiency of production activity of the enterprise, the financial status, the efficiency of sales management and product promotion on the market, and the product quality. It was revealed that the quality of production of an enterprise is affected by such indicators as: raw materials; production technology; packaging materials and their characterization are presented. The coefficient of competitiveness enterprise of PJSC «Morshinsky mineral water factory «Oscar»» is determined. The dynamics of the change of the integral indicator of competitiveness this enterprise during 2016-2017 years is presented.
